Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable.
Payment does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued. If our pharmacist determines that treatment is not appropriate for you, a full refund will be issued for any unused prescription services.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times thereafter are subject to the courier's schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, appropriately labelled packaging in accordance with pharmacy regulations. You must ensure that someone is available to receive temperature-sensitive items where applicable.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed by our pharmacist for a full refund. Once a pharmacist has reviewed and approved your prescription, cancellation may not be possible if the medication has already been dispensed or dispatched.
Medicines cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, in accordance with UK medicines legislation. If your medication arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Our services do not replace your GP or primary healthcare provider. The information and treatments provided are intended to support your weight loss journey under appropriate clinical supervision. We strongly encourage you to inform your GP of any weight loss medication you are taking.
Results vary between individuals. We make no guarantee regarding the effectiveness of any treatment. If you experience any adverse effects, stop taking your medication and seek medical advice immediately.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your data is used solely to provide our services and will not be sold to third parties. These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
